Refund & Replacement Policy
Hey, Jeet here. When you buy a digital product, I know trust is the most important factor. Therefore, I want to be 100% clear on how refunds and replacements work at JeetSoft.
1. The "Digital Goods" Rule
Because JeetSoft sells digital license keys, activation codes, and subscriptions, we cannot issue a refund once a working key has been delivered and activated. Unlike a physical T-shirt, a digital key cannot be "returned" to the shelf once you have used it to activate software on your PC.
Therefore, all sales are considered final once the key is successfully redeemed.
2. The "Jeet Guarantee" (Replacements)
My Promise: I personally check the batches of keys I receive. However, if you receive a key that is invalid, already used, or fails to activate right out of the box, I will instantly replace it with a new working key or provide a full refund.
To claim a replacement for a faulty key:
- Send me a WhatsApp message within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a screenshot or short screen recording of the error message you are seeing when trying to activate the software.
- Once verified, I will send you a replacement key immediately over WhatsApp.
3. Mistakes During Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product (for example, you bought a Windows 10 key but meant to buy Windows 11), do not activate the key! Message me immediately on WhatsApp. As long as the key is unused and unredeemed in my system, I will gladly swap it for the correct product and adjust any price difference.
4. Processing Time
If a refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, etc.) within 3-5 business days depending on the payment gateway processor.
